Rachael Glaszcz

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Rachael is a Senior Account Manager at Kane Communications Group. She works day-to-day with clients, overseeing strategic public relations, marketing and communications plans. Her specialities are media relations, public relations, crisis management, digital communications and social media. She elevates client brands by learning all she can about the client and then collaborating with them to come up with a solid communication strategy to best showcase their products, services and staff. Her strong background in television news writing makes her a pro at telling a client’s story.

Rachael graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in graphic design. She gained internship credit at UND’s then student-run television station as an anchor, producer, graphic designer, feature reporter and student leader. After graduating she began a 22-year career in television news. She has worked at TV stations in Topeka, KS, Kansas City, MO, and Columbus, OH, and most recently spent 13.5 years as a producer, special projects producer and finally an executive producer at TMJ4 in Milwaukee. During her television career she won numerous awards including an Emmy Award, Regional Edward R. Murrow Award, an Honorable Mention for a Scripps Give Light Award and several Wisconsin Broadcasters and Milwaukee Press Club Awards. Rachael has a vast network of communication professionals as she has worked with many producers, reporters and anchors who have gone on to work at the network level and at television stations and other media platforms around the country. 

Her career path also included a time serving as the Director of Communications for the Greater Milwaukee Committee and freelance media relations opportunities at two Milwaukee agencies.

Outside work, you’ll find Rachael at concerts, taking in various Milwaukee festivals including the Milwaukee Film Festival, and hiking, walking and golfing at many of Milwaukee County’s amazing parks. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
